The official language of the conference is English.
Passports and Visas
Prior to booking your flight ticket, please ensure that your passport is valid until March 14, 2023. Participants from some countries require a visa to enter Israel. We suggest that you check this with your travel agent or on the website of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Please note: all tourists entering the country must fill in an entry form. This form may be filled in up to one week in advance of your travel, and may be found here.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: Upon entry into Israel, your passport will not be stamped -you will instead received a light blue card called an Electronic Gate Pass. This is an official form of identification while in Israel. Please keep this card at hand at all times as it is proof of your status, and required among other things when you book into the hotel.
Letter of Invitation
Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal letter of invitation to participate in the Meeting. It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to assist participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee.
COVID Regulations

You DO NOT NEED to present a negative result on a COVID test before boarding a flight to Israel.

You DO NOT NEED to take a PCR test upon arrival to Israel, and isolation is not required.

You NEED to complete and submit the entry statement form within 10 days prior to departure to Israel.

Participants should book their flights to Ben Gurion International Airport (airport code: TLV).
Shared Airport Transfers
Arrival transfers from Ben-Gurion International Airport to the Daniel Hotel, Dead Sea
A shared airport transfer service to Daniel Hotel, Dead Sea is available at 285 USD per person.
Shuttle service is provided by Limo Circle Line transportation company and is located in TERMINAL 3 of Ben-Gurion Airport. Once you have entered the arrivals hall at the airport, please find the elevator or escalator, and take to the second floor. There you will find the Limo Circle Line desk. Please advise the attendant at the desk that you are there for your departure transfer to Daniel Hotel, Dead Sea.
* Please note that there may be up to two hours waiting time before shared taxis depart from the airport to accommodate passengers arriving on different flights.

Departure transfers from the Dead Sea to Ben-Gurion International Airport
A shared airport transfer service from Daniel Hotel, Dead Sea is available at 285 USD per person.

Travel time to Ben-Gurion Airport: Approx. 2.5 hours. It is very much recommended to be at Ben-Gurion Airport 4 hours before your return flight.
Please note: there will also be a shared bus transfer from the Dead Sea to Tel Aviv via Ben Gurion airport.
This bus will leave the conference venue at the end of the conference on September 14 at 16:00. It is estimated that it will arrive at Ben Gurion airport at 18:30. The bus will continue on to Tel Aviv. The cost of the transfer is 25 NIS. Please register for this transfer using this link
Transfer from Tel Aviv/Jerusalem to the Conference venue (Daniel Hotel, Dead Sea)
A bus will be departing from Tel Aviv and Jerusalem on the morning of Sunday, September 11th.
The bus will be leaving:
08:15 Azrieli Center - On the Menaham Begin road side of the Azrieli Center, at the bus stops near
the Breadly Bakery, 132 Menahem Begin Road, Tel Aviv
(just under the bridge that crosses Menahem Begin Road)

Return transfer from the Conference venue to Tel Aviv
A bus will be departing from the conference venue at the end of the conference on September 14 at 16:00, travelling to Tel Aviv via Ben Gurion airport.
The cost of the transfer is 25 NIS.
