Target Conferences Ltd. is the official travel agent for the AMIT 2021 Conference. All reservations should be made directly via Target Conferences. Early reservation is highly recommended. Prices includes 18% VAT.

Cancellation policy for accommodation:

​

• Cancellations/changes received up to July 1, 2021 – full refund less USD 50 handling fee.

• 
  Cancellations/changes received between July 2, 2021 to June 15, 2021 – 1 night’s cancellation charge.

• 
  Cancellations/changes received Between August 16, 2021 to August 31, 2021 – 2 nights cancellation charge

• From September 1, 2021 – no refund

 

Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to Target Conferences Ltd.

In the event of non-arrival, reservation will be automatically released, and full payment will be non-refundable.

If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.
